Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
The human spirit is more powerful than any drug, and it is that we need to nurture. Lives get off track for many reason, but they can get back on track. I am honored to help.
For the last 30 years, I was employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Since 1998, I served as a Drug Treatment Specialist, working with adult male offenders with substance use disorders. The previous 7 years, I was employed in Human Resources and unit management. I left that job due to mandatory retirement. I loved the work because I found it meaningful. Even though the primary focus was a cognitive-behavioral approach to addiction, I counseled our clients regarding grief and loss and relationship issues of all kinds. I enjoyed working with people who had forgotten their own potential and watching them grow and take control of the rest of their lives.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their needs and comfort level – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care in these formats, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients typically have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective route to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward their goals.
