Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 14 years of experience working with children, teens, families, couples, and adults. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and trauma. I have experience in helping families and couples resolve conflict and have worked closely with clients who have been sexually and physically abused. I also have experience working with clients who self-harm and struggle with suicide ideation.
My counseling style is person centered which means that I meet the client where they are at. I am non-judging and express concern, support, and compassion for all my clients. I act as a guide to help you reach your therapeutic goals. I use a cognitive behavioral approach as well as solution focused, and humanistic approach. I recognize that every client has their own unique needs and goals so I first like to establish therapeutic rapport and from there I determine which approach is best for that client. I understand and respect that the client is very much in charge of their treatment.

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions—online therapy can be an effective option. Research and practice indicate that, for these typical issues, remote counseling often performs comparably to traditional in-person appointments.
One major benefit is convenience. People can connect with a therapist in the format that best suits their needs and schedule, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy lives.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, it is possible to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible way to pursue mental health goals while retaining the option to find the best match for one’s needs.
