I am a Licensed Practical Counselor in Texas with over 9 years experience working as a Professional Counselor. I have worked with clients in a range of areas including depression, anxiety, family relationships, family issues, death and grieving, career counseling, and general issues.
I tend to use Solution-Focused Therapy. With this therapy, we focus working with your current and future issues. I think making goals and working on those goals, will ultimately help meet a clients needs. However, I will tailor a treatment plan, in anyway possible, to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes a great deal of courage to seek help and take those first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that first step, I look forward to meeting with you and helping you develop a promising future.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different fit. For those weighing their options, online therapy can be a practical, effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
