Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an adult, adolescent and family therapist with 20 years of experience. I am licensed in Montana, North Dakota and Minnesota and have additional certification in Interactive Play Therapy which allows for creative interventions when it is difficult to find the words to express yourself.
I provide treatment for a variety of disorders and specialize in trauma therapy. My approach to treatment is providing personalized approaches including creative interventions to help individuals heal in a safe, warm, and collaborative environment. Many of my clients have uncertainty and confusion about how treatment will impact their futures. My goal is to help you navigate through those questions and help you find the best treatment approach for you and your needs.
I have experience with a variety of challenge areas including the effects of abuse sustained in childhood, victims of psychological, sexual & physical abuse, victims of domestic violence, victims of neglect, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, behavior management, attachment issues, personality disorders, and persons affected by divorce.
I provide several options for therapeutic techniques and interventions that assist you in moving through your treatment as smoothly as possible while finding ways to practice coping skills, communicate, and heal in a safe and calming environment. As online treatment has become more accessible over the last few years, I have developed and accessed many online tools and interventions that help bridge the gap between in person and online therapy.
My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT & trauma focused), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, on-line sand tray and interactive play therapy techniques.
I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you as you look towards the next steps in your journey!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be just as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to schedule sessions and maintain consistent care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different match is desired at any time, clients can switch therapists. The combination of accessibility and the range of communication options helps many people engage with treatment in a way that works for them.
