Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in Georgia, with 21 years of professional work experience. I believe that within a strong, collaborative relationship, problem-focused therapeutic goals can be reached in a timely manner. I see adolescents and young adults with a variety of presenting problems, including: anxiety, depression, stress and coping, inattention and distractibility, motivation and self-esteem, relational difficulties, life changes, and the complicated interaction between managing a chronic medical condition and maintaining psychological well being.
I am a proponent of researched based, yet psychodynamically informed, psychotherapy. This means that we may explore the past a bit, in order to discover what is blocking the ability to acquire or integrate newly learned coping skills here and now. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to provide the tools and the support, and to empower you to reach your goals.
*Please note that my current availability to new clients is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings/early afternoons*

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
A major benefit is scheduling flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist using the method that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to weave therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if a different fit is desired, clients can switch therapists at any time.
