Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years of experience as a counselor and many years as energy healer and life coach. I am from Maine and moved to Florida after my graduate program and back to Maine several years later. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem and self-confidence, career and entrepreneurial challenges. I have worked with many clients who have experienced emotional, sexual, or physical trauma or abuse and many other family-of-origin issues.
My counseling style is warm and supportive, with a touch of humor. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in judging others. My approach is eclectic, combining mindfulness, solution-focused, inner-child work, visualization, coaching, mind-body connection, shadow work, and internal family systems therapy. I bring an NLP perspective, at times. I tailor dialogue and treatment plans to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they want a different match. Online therapy offers an accessible way to get support while maintaining the same professional standards you would expect from face-to-face care.
