Have you felt like you’re just surviving and unsure how to create a different life for yourself? Life can be stressful, unpredictable, and even scary. You do not have to go through it alone. I make it a priority to provide a nonjudgmental space for you to share and process your pain, mistakes, fears and struggles, as well as your strengths and accomplishments. My goal as your therapist is to be a compassionate supporter in your life, helping you get through stress and challenging obstacles. Despite whatever uncertainty or chaos may be happening in your life, you can still experience peace, hope, love, and success.
I have experience working with both adults and children in different areas. I am experienced in supporting clients with stress management, coping more effectively, improving decision-making, behavior management, and increasing self-awareness. I will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible in a safe, therapeutic environment by meeting you where you are and setting individualized goals.
I am also a breast cancer survivor, and I would love to help others effected by cancer. It can be a tough journey, and I am honored to help navigate it with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their needs, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients can switch to a different therapist if they prefer a different therapeutic fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, practical way to work on mental health concerns while keeping continuity and quality of care.
