Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Alyssa Lupinski. I have been a licensed social worker providing therapy for going on 5 years. I work full-time as a school social worker and have experience working with all ages. I have primarily worked with clients who have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety related disorders. I have also worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community and am a member of the community as well.
I utilize a strengths-based approach to my therapies. While I acknowledge that life is very difficult and full of trying times, I believe every person has innumerable inner strengths that have allowed them to get to this point. I work with clients to recognize strengths and make plans to hone in on these strengths to accomplish their goals. I want clients to feel empowered, confident, and ready to face whatever life may throw their way.
If you have made it this far, congratulations. You’re taking amazing steps towards manifesting and realizing the best version of yourself. I hope you and I can take this journey together.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is convenience and flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that fits their lifestyle, whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if someone wants a different therapeutic match they have the option to switch to another therapist at any time.
