Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and licensed Substance Abuse Counselor in Wisconsin and Washington with over 5 years of experience working as a counselor. I earned my Master of Social Work with a specialization in mental health from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I have worked with clients aged 14 and up with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and a variety of addictions (alcohol and other drugs, sex, gambling, and exercise). I also have helped people who have experienced a range of past traumas.
My counseling style is empathetic, supportive, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-center, strengths-based, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique needs and work toward your desired goals.
It takes courage to improve areas of life which may lead to some of our most uncomfortable feelings. It is in those moments of discomfort that the impactful changes happen. Throughout my experience working with clients I have found the most important aspect is connection, the therapeutic relationship, and rapport. I will work with you at a pace you are comfortable with, while always taking steps towards your identified goals.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy is considered equally effective as traditional in-person care for most cases.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep appointments and maintain progress.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and individuals may switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy can make accessing consistent, professional support more practical for many people.
