Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Alexandra and I am an integrative counsellor based in the United Kingdom (England). Therefore, my practice and insurance are governed by English and Welsh law.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship problems, burnout and so on. I also helped clients when they faced a specific challenge or problem in life or wanted to understand themselves and others better.
My style is warm, and I provide a ‘safe place’ to come and explore yourself and your problems. Counselling provides space to share and to be listened to, enabling you to grow and find your best potential in a nonjudgmental and empathic way.
