Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most situations.

One major benefit is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging, which can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.

Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if you later decide you would prefer a different fit you have the option to switch therapists.
