Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have worked with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). I have worked with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and different levels of acculturation.
My approach to counseling is to have a foundation of trust and unconditional positive regard. Creating a safe environment for individuals to express themselves without fear of judgment is key in my counseling style. I believe it takes courage to seek help when we are going through a difficult time. There are moments in life in which we are not able to approach even those closest to us for fear of judgment or fear of not being listened to.
I am eclectic in my counseling style and will use different approaches to best fit your needs. No matter your situation, there is clarity and a way to move forward!
I look forward to working with you and hearing your story!

Adriana Loo is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 15 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has supported people from a variety of cultural backgrounds and levels of acculturation. She holds a California license for Marriage and Family Therapy (license number CA LMFT 42821), a credential that authorizes her to provide therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and families.
Her counseling style is grounded in building trust and offering unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space where clients can express themselves without fear of judgment. She acknowledges the courage required to seek help and understands that there are times when turning to those closest to us feels impossible because of concerns about being judged or not being heard.
Adriana employs an eclectic approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic methods and tailoring interventions to meet each person’s needs. She maintains a focus on helping clients find clarity and practical ways to move forward, whatever their situation.
She welcomes the chance to work with new clients and to hear their stories as part of the therapeutic process.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to them – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired, it is possible to switch to another therapist. Online formats can make consistent access to therapeutic support more attainable for many people.
