Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Aaron (he/him). I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado with over a decade of professional work experience in the health and mental health space. My deep passion is to bring hope to individuals on their journey to rediscovering themselves. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, aging issues, LGBTQIA2S+ related issues, coping with grief and loss, and issues around motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
My approach in the therapy space is to be curious and open. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and love to integrate nature-based interventions (eco-therapy) into my work. In addition, I am a registered yoga teacher and work to incorporate concepts of mind/body connection and breathwork into our sessions to increase awareness of arousal and self-regulation.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started. I look forward to partnering on this journey with you!
Please note that I am currently only doing therapy on Monday and Wednesday.

For many people dealing with common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience support its usefulness for these kinds of issues.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the way that fits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. That freedom helps people find the therapeutic relationship that best supports their goals.
