Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi ! My name is Lesley Webb and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with experience working with adults, children and families. I have an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, and a Masters of Education in Counseling. I have worked primarily with children and families who have experienced trauma, domestic violence and family communication challenges. I also have experience working with adults and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety and weight/body image issues. I currently spend a lot of my time working with parents of younger children.
My approach to counseling is humanistic, client-centered and systems focused. I feel the client is the expert of his/her life and experiences and the counselor role is one of support, clarification and providing time, resources and an outlet for reflection. I work within a systems approach and believe our biological families and the families we create influence who we are. I will create an environment of safety, where you are able to share your experiences with someone who will treat you with respect and dignity. As I get to know you, we will set goals together and adjust based on your desired needs and outcomes.
Personally, I have been married for 30 years and have 2 daughters- ages 26 and 18. I enjoy reading and spending time watching movies and traveling.

Many people wonder whether virtual sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – individuals can choose the method of connection that fits their needs, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist, it is possible to switch to find a better fit. Online therapy can offer an accessible way to pursue support for everyday mental health concerns while accommodating personal preferences for how to meet.
