Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan. I believe that finding a good fit in counseling is so important, so feel it is fair to share some about myself. In undergrad, I attended Hope College where I studied social work and psychology. I received my master’s degree from Western Michigan University, where I focused on clinical social work skills. I have experience working in private practice, health care, and hospice care. My practice has developed my skills with diverse populations, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic/terminal health issues, life changes, grief/loss, personality disorders, and many other issues. My number one goal for those I work with is to help them feel seen and heard. Second, is to support, counsel, and help develop change and growth. Genuineness and sincere support is what you will get with me. I will be here to support you towards being and becoming who you are meant to be!
So glad you took the first step in checking out this site! If you think I would be a good fit, I look forward to hearing from you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the key advantages is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable, whether that’s a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit, switching to another therapist is an option at any time.
