Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who lives in Denver. I spend my free time skiing, hanging with my people, or reading a good book! My mission for providing therapy is simple; I believe in every person’s ability to experience healing, growth, and the ability to thrive amidst the challenges of life. I am a strong believer that healing happens through relationship, and I greatly value the therapeutic relationship in my work. During the incredibly isolating experience of the pandemic, therapy offers an open space to connect deeply with others and to journey together as we navigate the challenges and explore areas that need to be healed.
I provide supportive, relational, and strengths-based therapy that facilitates healing and growth. One of my greatest strengths in therapy is that I’m someone who sees things from different perspectives. When it comes to therapy, gaining different perspectives is essential to growth. I believe that more empathy and compassion towards ourselves and others can change how we experience with the world around us. My expertise in counseling is in issues related to grief/loss, trauma, anxiety and depression, and relationships, but I am happy to journey alongside you and navigate your healing process with you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to work on common mental health concerns while accommodating individual needs and schedules.
