Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to BetterHelp! I think finding a good match for a client is very important, the therapeutic relationship is a key piece in working together. So let me tell you a little about myself. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Missouri, I graduated from University of Missouri St. Louis and I have over 10 years of experience in the field working with clients of all ages and concerns. I use a strengths based, cognitive behavioral approach and believe working as a team is the best way to address concerns. I address each clients concerns and needs based on individual needs, there is no cookie cutter approach. I like to work with my clients to find a schedule that works for them that includes self care. I initially like to meet with clients once a week until we can create a plan on how to address the concerns you are having.
I have experience working with trauma, anxiety/depression, and addiction. I believe in creating a safe, non judgmental, atmosphere to work on concerns. I have worked with children and families, this has included family separations as well as trauma. I also have experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential facilities, prison/jail, and a more traditional office setting. which has helped me in finding what can work best and take an out of the box approach when needed.
I offer messaging, live chat and phone sessions with availability in the evenings and weekends. I am able to make accommodations to my schedule so if a day or time does not work for you please let me know and we can try and work something out. I check my messages once a day and will respond within 24 hours to any message.
I look forward to meeting with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and individuals may change therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical way to access professional support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
