Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a holistic practitioner of psychodynamic and somatic psychology who strives to help people gain confidence, fulfillment and joy in their daily lives. I offer a safe and collaborative space for my clients to discover their inner strength and connect to their own amazing spirits. The very symptoms for which we seek treatment have served some purposes, and together we shall discover the gifts therein. The empowerment gained from these insights create a rippling effect which can transcend every aspect of one’s lives.
I have extensive knowledge in addictive disorders. I am familiar with all the resources and able to help implement new ways of living without the substances and behaviors that have become problematic. I would love to talk to you about your struggles, your partner’s or child’s issues with addiction and how these are impacting you and your wellbeing.
I am originally from Germany and have travelled and lived in many countries. I love being a social worker, because it is person centered and I am intreated by people’s diversity. This speaks to my multi facetted interests and eclectic nature. I keep informed of the latest research on interventions and treatment approaches while always keeping in mind that you are an individual with your own story and experiences. My goal is to always meet you where you are at, to listen deeply and compassionately, and to celebrate all your achievements.
I have worked in inpatient and out patient substance use disorder facilities, in public mental health agencies, at the hospital in inpatient mental health and at the neonatal intensive care unit. I supervise associate social worker and substance use specialists.

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online truly helps. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – research shows that online therapy can be as effective as meeting in person.
One of the main advantages is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life best: video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical way to start or continue work on mental health and wellbeing.
