Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you are looking for change or you want something more. Maybe you feel like you’re stuck in an unfulfilling pattern, one that leaves you feeling disappointed in yourself or angry at those around you. Or perhaps you think you are doing well on paper—good job, stable home life, supportive friends—but can’t seem to derive the sense of accomplishment that “should” accompany “success.” Either way, you are here because you think you might be ready to get more out of life and are prepared to examine things closely, maybe even ask yourself some tough questions.
I am here to help formulate those questions with you and, if you’re willing to do the work, help you answer them. Why am I uniquely positioned to help you? My educational background and work experience certainly help, but more important than those qualifications is the fact that I have done the work in my own life.
We have all at some point met the cardiologist that smokes or the car mechanic that drives a clunker—many of us find it difficult to practice what we preach. But I have lived through transformation and can attest to, firsthand, how difficult, powerful, and rewarding it can be. For those of you who are ready, I await you.

Tracy Rose supports people who are ready to make changes and seek more satisfaction from life. She works with individuals who feel trapped in repeating, unfulfilling patterns or who outwardly appear successful yet struggle to feel the accomplishment they expected. Many who come to her are prepared to take a closer look at their lives and tackle difficult questions about what they want and how to get there.
Tracy collaborates with clients to clarify those questions and, when clients are willing to do the work, to find practical answers. Her clinical training and professional experience shape her therapeutic approach, but she also draws on her own personal experience of transformation to relate to the challenge and value of change.
She is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, holding license SW17854, and brings three years of experience to her practice. Tracy offers care for a range of concerns including stress and anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, self-esteem and intimacy issues, career difficulties and life transitions, trauma and grief, parenting and anger management, LGBT-related matters, compassion fatigue, ADHD, and coaching support. She is available to work with people who are ready to begin a focused process of growth and healing.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating major life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote care works well for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of communication that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online therapy help make consistent progress toward their goals.
