Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am Mark Rogers, a licensed mental health counselor-supervisor (LMHC-S) in Florida. I have practiced person-centered mental health counseling for over 15 years with twenty years of experience in career and daily functioning coaching. My clients have ranged from primary school, adolescents, adults, members of the LGBTQ community, and incarcerated individuals. I have been EMDRIA trained to provide EMDR therapy (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) and I use techniques of this within the framework of cognitive behavioral therapy. Trained attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder-certified clinical service provider (ADHD-CCSP), trauma (PTSD and CPTSD). I have the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis Levels 1 and 2 training for clinical hypnotherapy.
My modalities include cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT and DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR with a goal of solution-focused therapy, and hypnotherapy to address trauma/anxiety/and attachment issues.
Our therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counseling.
During our sessions, my goal is to help you achieve your goal. I will be more focused on helping you achieve the goals you set than giving a diagnosis/label.
I know that the hardest part of getting help is the process of asking (or seeking) help for an issue. Most of us do not want others to see us at less than our best. I feel that my role as a counselor is to genuinely care for my clients. A counselor should avoid judging or putting their value system in the way of progress. The only goal that I personally have for my clients is to achieve the best quality of life that they can create for themselves. I am a facilitator towards progress, but the engine that drives progress is within you.
I look forward to meeting you.

Many people want to know whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that best fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy lives.
Each therapist you work with is a licensed professional, and if you ever need a different fit you can switch therapists at any time.
