Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (licensed in the state of Tennessee) with over 12 years experience working as a psychotherapist, certified grief and loss counselor, and life coach. My specialties include counseling for artists, performers, and other creative individuals, grief & loss counseling, relationship challenges, LGBTQ affirmative counseling, anxiety, and spiritual/religious concerns.
My principle approach to therapy is Person-Centered. I believe that each person has within themselves vast resources for self-understanding, and has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. I provide a therapeutic relationship with empathy and unconditional positive regard to help facilitate change. Other clinical approaches to therapy include Mindfulness Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I collaborate with my clients to explore ways to come to yourself with kindness, to build upon what you already know about yourself. Let the great adventure begin, the full expression of your truest and highest self. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the major benefits is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapeutic work into a busy life.
Another practical advantage is the ability to work with licensed professionals from a distance, and clients may change therapists if they feel a different fit would better support their goals. For many people facing everyday emotional difficulties and relationship concerns, online therapy offers an accessible, effective option for support.
