Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I was born to be a social worker, or more accurately, I was born a social worker. I’ve been seeking to solve the problems of others since elementary school, mediating conflicts, seeking avenues of assistance for everyone from homeless teens to hungry neighbors. I learned early on not only the intrinsic rewards of helping those in need, but understanding the failings of society and the resulting social ills that made such responsibility necessary.
I am an enthusiastic social worker/therapist with over 10 years experience providing therapeutic support to clients from diverse backgrounds managing various conditions. I have worked with clients to help them overcome feelings of depression, stress and anxiety. My goal is to equip you with real life strategies to help you develop healthy coping skills and a productive and satisfying life. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety or feeling that your life is not going in a direction you would like. It would be my honor to support you and help you work through these challenges. I utilize a variety of techniques to achieve this including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, anxiety reduction, mood management, empowerment and work/life balance strategies. My approach is interactive, warm and accepting. I work with adults and adolescents. Let’s work on getting you to living your best life!

For many common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes—online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice show that virtual sessions can address these issues successfully for a wide range of people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in whatever format feels most comfortable: video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care when life gets complicated.
All providers are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they need a better fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to work with trained therapists while preserving many of the core elements that make traditional therapy effective.
