Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee with 5 years of experience working with substance and behavioral addiction issues. In addition to this population I have also worked with clients with varying concerns including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I have focused a great deal of my training on helping those who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My approach in counseling is curious and interactive. I believe in meeting you where you are and will treat you with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I have found that one of my greatest joys is bearing witness to folks waking up to their inner strength, beauty, and resilience. My approach combines EMDR, rational emotive behavioral therapy, mindfulness interventions, and grief counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I believe your brain wants to heal just as your body does and is wired for you to have fulfillment and well-being, but that sometimes we get stuck in our difficult emotions or situations. It takes courage and curiosity to want to feel better and because you are seeking help means you are already on your way! If that means working with me, I will be honored to support and empower you.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits them best – through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy lives.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and anyone may choose to switch providers if they want a different fit. For many people, the convenience and adaptability of online sessions make it a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
