Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Dr. Tashinika Crowley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Mississippi. I have over 7 years of experience in working with adults, adolescents, and the prison population. I received my PhD in Social Work from Jackson State University in 2020, and my Master’s in Counseling from Mississippi College in 2013. I truly believe in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy because I believe that if a person can change the way that they think, this can change the way that they behave. I have used this approach with many of my clients and have had the greatest success with this approach.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and managing life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and practitioner experience indicate that remote sessions work well for those issues and allow therapists to use established approaches to support progress.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with licensed professionals in the way that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these formats, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they feel a different match would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a practical option for people seeking consistent, accessible support for everyday mental health needs.
