Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients are able to change therapists at any time if they would like a different fit.
