Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in N.Y. with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist. I have had the honor of working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Most people have come seeking relief from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, divorce/blended families, career development and navigating life transitions. I also have helped many people who have experienced PTSD, physical traumas and emotional abuse. I also have a special interest providing support to family members who have a loved one struggling with serious mental health/addiction issues.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution oriented, family systems, narrative and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This option can be a practical way to access care without changing the quality of treatment.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best: video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit regular therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All participating professionals are licensed, and if someone decides they would prefer a different therapist, it is possible to switch to find a better fit. Online therapy can be a convenient, accessible route to address everyday mental health concerns while working with qualified therapists.
