Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, My name is Laura Marshall. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 17 years experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults. I have worked with a wide range of populations but have a special interest in working with teens and young adults with depression, anxiety and trauma. I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Social Work from Barry University. I have been licensed for 14 years. Treatment modalities I commonly use include CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy. I believe everyone is capable of change and growth. By becoming aware of unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors together we can work on challenging unhelpful thinking and developing healthy behaviors and coping skills.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable and convenient – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to incorporate therapy into daily life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. For the issues listed above, online therapy can be a practical and accessible option for many people seeking support.
