I believe life experiences can contribute to the therapeutic relationship which isn’t anything that is taught but learned, that being said, I’ve learned to listen, to stay objective and work with someone that is willing to explore together the possibility of answers, changes, actions, challenges, and steps that provide improvements towards achieving your goals. I can’t perform miracles but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist, sometimes its about the process and the willingness to search. Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist remotely can actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, remote therapy provides a convenient way to access consistent support without sacrificing the quality of care.
