Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Virginia and a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio. I earned my Master’s of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. I spent over 15 years in a public social service setting working with adolescents and their families. Most recently I have been in a school setting working with middle school aged youth. I have worked with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, behavior problems, and the stress of parenting.
My nonjudgmental, supportive and compassionate nature allows me to build and maintain therapeutic relationships. I have a client centered approach and would enjoy working with you to set both short term and long term goals in therapy. I could help you develop the skills and strategies you’ll need to overcome current and future challenges you may face

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns—such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes—online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Individuals can choose the mode of communication that feels most comfortable—video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging—making it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you decide you want a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists. Online services can make consistent, regular care more accessible while supporting a broad range of everyday mental health needs.
