Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome…my name is Eren O. Moore and I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past years. I’ve worked with people from across the life span: children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors.
Social work is my second career; my first was in film and media arts. In my therapy approach, I blend two of my passions: My love for people and the creative arts. I walk with my clients through work and life stressors, anxiety, difficult life transitions, unresolved trauma/loss, depression, and building healthy esteem.
I have been told that I have a warm and welcoming personality with an ability to “hear” and “sit with” my clients. I believe my path to clinical social work and therapy is a calling and I come in with the perspective that each person has value, worth, and the ability to reach their goals.
I have a small private practice, worked in outpatient telehealth over the past two years, worked in community mental health, nonprofit and for-profit agencies, nursing homes, school-based settings, in-home services with children and families, and inpatient services. I have been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, grief therapy, creative arts therapy, narrative therapy, competent in cultural and faith based therapies and trauma-based interventions.
Please check my calendar for availability and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Many people ask whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides – individuals can choose the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy schedules and changing routines.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different therapist at any time if they need a better fit. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to engage in the therapeutic process.
