Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello there!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in GA, and I have been providing counseling as a licensed therapist for over 9 years. My passion as a therapist stems from my own family experiences with mental health, and an innate empathic and intuitive ability for others
My therapy background consists of experience with a variety of life issues- which include, depression, anxiety, anger management, substance abuse, trauma, marriage and family counseling, and life coaching. I also specialize working with women in recovery from addiction and trauma.
My approach to counseling is person-centered. I believe that your needs and goals are specific to you, and therefore cannot be automatically addressed using one mode of therapy. I work with a range of therapy modalities, and will work with you, the client, to identify the best methods to help you reach your goals. While working together my goal is to create a supportive and expansive space for you to process and explore. When your time in therapy is paired with a willingness to do the hard but rewarding self-reflective work, it can be a remedy that provides ultimate healing and growth.
My hope is that our time together will provide invaluable insight into who you are and who you desire to be. It would be my honor to walk alongside you in this process, and in helping you identify the remedies for your life.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to keep therapy consistent around work, family, and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to engage in therapeutic work while addressing everyday responsibilities.
