Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life has many different roads, avenues, and detours, but the way you find your destination is up to you. Therefore, my goal is to empower my clients to map out effective responses to their environment and situations to promote successful outcomes. I’ve worked in group homes, school settings, office settings, and community settings with children, adolescents, and adults. I understand that overcoming mental health issues is a collaboration and not a one-sided interaction.
My extensive work with clients is comprised of managing anxiety disorders, depression disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and numerous other personality and mood disorders. My therapeutic techniques include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and reality therapy.
I believe that everyone’s emotional, mental, and physical health matters. As an eclectic therapist, striking a balance between working with evidence-based theories and individual preferences is supremely important. I’m available for individual and family sessions and I want to help you find what makes you feel inner peace and your purpose in life.

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to work on the issues that matter most to them.
