Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice working to help clients develop the necessary insight and skills that lead to a fulfilling and productive life. I provide a combination of psychotherapy and life coaching for individuals, couples, and families. My psychotherapy training and personal experiences raising a child with special needs has led to my passion of helping others overcome life’s challenges. No matter how much we plan out our lives, it never works out the we expect it to. My approach to supporting you is two-fold: I provide you with the tools, skills, and resources you need to achieve your goals, and I help you develop the necessary insight and coping skills so you can improve your emotional health.
I received my BA in 1993 from Clark University in Worcester MA and I completed my masters in social work at NYU in 1995.
I look forward to helping you move forward and live the life you want!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote care is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it much easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients typically have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online sessions provide an accessible, effective way to pursue mental health and personal growth work without sacrificing quality of care.
