Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am only taking on a handful of clients and my schedule is currently limited to 7, 8,9, or 10pm on Tuesdays. I am sorry for any inconvenience but am not able to change this schedule. Each session will last for 45 minutes. If this does not work out, no worries and I wish you the best.
Hello my name is Matt Youngberg, LPC. I am licensed in Oklahoma with 7 years of professional work experience. During the course of my career, I have worked as an offenders counselor, community mental health counselor, and an educator for 10+ years. I like to blend my experience, background, and formal training into an eclectic style of therapy, which just simply means I pull the best things from all types of therapy.
I like to take a no-nonsense approach to therapy and want to get to the core of the problem to start moving towards a solution. I am challenging and will push you to find a deeper understanding and awareness of your issues, but I do so with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life that struggle with any type of issues from relationships, core beliefs, self-esteem, self-compassion, anxiety, family support, and many others. I like to specialize in relationships (all types), couples counseling, domestic violence, and parenting. It takes strength to start this journey and I am glad that you have gotten in line to help yourself live a more successful life.
In my free time, I enjoy games of all kinds, athletic endeavors, and serving at Life.Church.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that for these issues, remote sessions yield similar outcomes for most people.
One major benefit is greater flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to schedule therapy around work, family, and daily commitments.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to pursue support and progress without sacrificing professional standards.
