Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. I have worked twenty years as a therapist in a variety of settings, including cancer support and hospice. My experience includes work with clients whose issues include depression, anxiety, stress, aging and other changes of life, trauma, abuse and self-esteem with related issues. Other areas in which I have counseled clients are career challenges, family conflict and other relationship (traditional and non-traditional) issues, grief and loss, caregiving and end of life guidance.
My counseling style is direct, yet warm and collaborative. I utilize the modalities of Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered and Mindfulness Therapy to help clients become the best version of themselves. I understand the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship that is genuine and promotes growth. I believe in and respect every client’s ability to achieve control in their lives. I do not “fix” clients. I respectfully guide the client to the development and use of tools and skills that promote better emotional health.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your life, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other commitments.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different match is needed, clients may switch therapists at any time. That adaptability often makes it simpler to find an approach and provider that work well for each person’s needs.
