Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe seeking therapy is the first and the most courageous step towards healing, especially due to the misguided stigma about mental illness. Having gone through my own mental health journey, I have come to recognize that pain is part of our lives and sometimes inevitable, but suffering doesn’t have to be. Feelings of anxiety, depression, self- criticism or the unresolved past traumas can become barriers to a life worth living. Even the daily stressors of our life can be too unbearable at times. You are not alone. Through therapeutic healing we can take the next step towards exploring and accepting rejected parts of ourselves and integrating them for a more fulfilled life.
My background is in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which offers variety of copings skills to to create balance and reduce reactions to triggers that cause suffering. DBT can be helpful in individual and group therapy. The core principal of DBT is mindfulness which can help cultivate the the life worth living.
I specialize in EMDR therapy which is a trauma-focused therapy. It not only helps to process and healing traumas but also helps to reduce emotional pain in a short period of time. It works well with different kind and intensities of traumas, whether it is a deep rooted past trauma attachments or everyday triggers that brings up emotional distress.
My practice is grounded in non-judgment and compassion. My focus is on improving holistic well-being and growth. My roots are from India, being from a different culture I recognize importance of culture sensitivity and I enjoy working with people from different culture and ethnic backgrounds. I have an empathetic, respectful and curious approach towards diversity. Feel free to reach out and I look forward to connecting with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For widespread concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, research and clinical practice show that online therapy can be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that best fits their needs and routines, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapeutic work into daily life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients retain the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people facing common mental health and life challenges, online therapy offers a practical and effective pathway to support and growth.
