Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Sophie and I am an integrative counsellor which means I am able to tailor the support I offer to meet your current needs – working through the issues you may be facing at your own pace in a safe and supportive environment, in order to help you move forward.
The first step of your journey is asking for help which takes courage – whether your journey is to a place of better wellbeing or to process feelings and events you’ve experienced or are still experiencing, I can help you to look at what’s happening in your life currently and to address whatever you feel may be holding you back. I can offer support to people experiencing a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work-related issues, self-harm, loss and addictions.
I offer a non-judgemental approach to therapy – in my role, I will listen to your thoughts, feelings and insights, and be respectful of your values and beliefs. This offers you a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to help you process and find your own resolutions to the issues that you may be facing – this includes gaining insight into behaviours that may be repetitive and or destructive and holding you back from fulfilling your own goals.

She recognises that asking for help is a courageous first step, whether the aim is to improve wellbeing or to process feelings and events that are ongoing or in the past. Sophie works with people to examine what is happening in their lives right now and to address whatever may be holding them back.
She offers support for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work-related issues, self-harm, loss and addictions. Sophie takes a non-judgemental approach, listening to thoughts, feelings and insights while respecting each person’s values and beliefs.
Her practice provides a space to explore emotions and gain clarity, helping individuals to process experiences and discover their own resolutions. This includes supporting clients to recognise patterns of behaviour that may be repetitive or destructive and that prevent them from achieving their goals.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and practice have shown that, for these issues, remote therapy often delivers comparable outcomes to in-person work.
One key benefit is flexibility – people can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to keep continuity of care when schedules or circumstances change.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if the fit does not feel right a client can switch to a different therapist at any time. For many, online therapy provides a practical and effective pathway to addressing everyday mental health concerns and navigating life changes.
