Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I understand what it takes to start a therapy journey, and I endeavour to support that process sensitively and with purpose. Your needs and goals are what we will work on together, whilst investigating and learning along the way. The pace is set by you, and how we work can be flexible to how you are feeling on the day. No pressure, just kindness, support, and a space to explore. Feeling safe enough to communicate your challenges is key. This is what I offer, alongside my extensive experience of practice in working with complex issues and distress.
I am a pluralistic counsellor, this means I use skills in a person centred approach. Exploring past experience’s and how they impact you now, looking at behaviours and thought patterns to resolve challenges. I have experience in working with: Anxiety & Depression, complex relationships, abuse & trauma, grief & loss, self harm & suicidal ideation.
To get the most out of therapy, I believe having a good and safe connection with your therapist is vital. This is an important part of how we will work and what we can achieve together. I am here to listen and work through your challenges whilst supporting you to understand your needs and how to meet them.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch to a different therapist if they want a different fit. This range of options and professional oversight makes online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
