I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and am also a trainee counselling psychologist. I have been working therapeutically and in mental health care for over three years, and have experience working in the NHS as well as charity and private sectors. I have experience working with a range of mental health difficulties. I provide a non-judgemental, warm space to support individuals across the UK. My approach is integrative, which means I use different techniques and approaches to best suit the person in front of me. work with a range of difficulties, and help the person in front of me to untangle what’s going on, to learn about themselves, and to support someone with whatever difficulties they are facing. I often work with people who have experienced trauma, and may be facing things such as people-pleasing, feelings of guilt and shame, chronic anxiety, and difficulty regulating emotions. I also specialise in working with autistic adults and have a range of adaptations and techniques that I use when working with neurodivergent individuals.

Katie Norsworthy is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a trainee counselling psychologist, with 3 years of experience working in therapeutic and mental health roles. She has supported people in the NHS, as well as in charity and private settings across the United Kingdom.
She offers a warm, non-judgemental space to help individuals explore what is happening for them and to support change. Katie uses an integrative approach – drawing on a range of techniques and therapeutic ideas and tailoring these to the person in front of her.
