I bring a person-centred and trauma-informed lens to everything I do. I draw from a range of techniques such as parts work, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and values work and apply modalities best suited to each individual, primarily incorporating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Reality Therapy. Tailoring each session to address goals developed through a strengths-based process, I support people to develop their potential for creating a rich and fulfilling life.
