Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Kieran. I help thoughtful, analytical people make sense of what’s going on inside, especially when life feels stuck, heavy, or just off-track.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to listen deeply, ask the kind of questions that help you hear yourself more clearly, and walk alongside you as you figure out what comes next. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, no jargon, no judgment, just space to be honest and supported.
Before I trained as a counsellor, I spent years in engineering and leadership roles. I know what it’s like to carry pressure, to overthink, to feel like you “should” be fine but aren’t. That personal experience shapes how I work: calm, grounded, and always focused on what feels safe and useful for you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One clear advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that means video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the mode of contact that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients can request a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can provide accessible, professional support for many common mental health and life challenges.
