Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited Social Worker with over 3 years of direct counseling experience and 15 years of broad experience across healthcare, education, and community services. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work to further deepen my clinical knowledge and therapeutic practice.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life transitions, chronic illness, stress, grief, and relationship challenges, using a compassionate, strengths-based approach. My background includes delivering psychosocial support in acute hospital settings across Oncology, Palliative Care, Aged Care, and Complex Medical wards.
Currently, I provide counseling to NDIS participants and their family members, with a focus on emotional wellbeing, goal setting, family conflict, and navigating personal challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I also bring a rich and open-minded perspective shaped by my own lived experience across different cultures, faiths, and countries. Having travelled and connected with people from diverse backgrounds, I deeply respect the many ways people make meaning, build identity, and seek healing.
I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Every person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my support to align with your values, needs, and goals.
Taking a step towards changing things can feel overwhelming, and I am here to highlight your strengths so that you can harness the skills needed to reach your goals.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel another fit would better meet their needs. Online therapy can provide a practical, accessible way to begin or continue therapeutic work.
