I am a integrative Child and Adolescent counsellor credentialed in the UK with 9 years of experience working in clinical practice. I use a combination of systemic, person-centred, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic approaches when working with clients. I have experience of a wide range of challenges clients find challenging including stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also work with many young people who have experienced trauma and all forms of abuse. I believe that young people are the experts of their own story and have many strengths that will support them in overcoming challenges. My therapy style is to remain curious, creative and relational. Treating individuals with compassion, sensitivity and respect to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and create a plan tailored to their individual needs.
I am also a qualified social worker registered with social work England governing body. I have experience of supporting young people and families with social care involvement. I have extensive knowledge of safeguarding area which includes child protection, children in care and reunification.
