Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Yatong—Accredited social worker and certified psychedelic-assisted therapist with over 4 years of clinical experience supporting individuals in community mental health settings. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, especially those living with ADHD, like myself. My lived experience helps me connect with those who feel out of sync with the world, and offer grounded, meaningful support.
Clinically, I draw from CBT, ACT, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. I have formal training in a variety of therapeutic approaches, suicide prevention, crisis response, and mental health recovery, and have supported clients through acute distress, identity confusion, and long-standing emotional pain.
As a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist, I also offer integration support for those processing deep or challenging experiences from non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Inspired by connecting Dr. Bessel van der Kolk’s in person and trauma-informed work, I believe healing begins when we meet the needs that were never met. I offer a safe, compassionate space where your story is heard, your experience is honored, and your growth is possible.

Yatong Wen is an accredited social worker (a professional social work credential) and a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist based in Australia, bringing over 4 years of clinical experience working with people in community mental health settings.
He specialises in supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly people living with ADHD, which he also experiences. That lived experience informs his work and helps him connect with those who feel out of sync with the world, offering grounded and meaningful support.
Clinically, Yatong draws on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed practice, and person-centred approaches. He has completed formal training in a range of therapeutic methods as well as suicide prevention, crisis response, and mental health recovery, and he has supported clients through acute distress, identity confusion, and long-standing emotional pain.
As a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist he provides integration support for individuals processing deep or challenging experiences that arise from non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Inspired by the in-person and trauma-informed work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Yatong believes healing starts when unmet needs are addressed. He practices as a male, non-religious therapist who offers a compassionate space where a person’s story is heard, their experience is honoured, and growth is possible.
Many people ask whether online therapy can actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and clinical experience show that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the way that fits their needs and routines – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Every therapist is a licensed professional, and individuals can change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many people seeking support without changing the core quality of care they would receive in person.
