Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Ferne, an integrative Psychotherapist. I work with individuals to help them explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach combines a range of therapeutic techniques, allowing us to tailor the process to what works best for you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or something else, I’m here to listen and support you in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I have been working with adults and young people for five years, helping them navigate the impact of past attachments, experiences, and trauma. I help people to understand how the past shapes the present and find closure where needed. However, therapy doesn’t have to focus on the past, I also work in a solution-focused way, setting goals to make progress.
I understand how difficult it is to reach out and be vulnerable, especially with a stranger. Which is why one of my main focuses is to build and maintain a great therapeutic relationship with my clients. I know the importance of them feeling safe and comfortable around me to be able to do the work.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Licensed professionals can address these issues through remote work, using established therapeutic methods adapted for online delivery.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists working online are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch if they would prefer a different fit. For many people seeking support, online therapy offers a practical, accessible route to consistent care and progress.
