Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Samantha – a qualified Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) working with both children and adults. I’ve been practising since 2020 and bring over eight years of experience supporting individuals in educational settings, including families and those with additional needs.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and fully committed to providing safe, ethical, and effective therapeutic support.
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, stress, overwhelm, or just need a space to process life’s challenges, I tailor our work together to your individual needs.
With adults, I work with a wide range of concerns—from emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and grief, to trauma, relationship issues, and personal development. My approach integrates Person-Centred values with the structure and tools of CBT, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings while also developing practical strategies for change.
I have specialist experience supporting children and young people, including those with additional and complex needs, and I’ve worked closely with their parents and wider families. My previous role as a School Mental Health Lead gave me valuable insight into the unique emotional needs of children and the wider impact on family systems.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy routine and to find the way of working that feels most comfortable.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and it is possible to switch therapists if a different fit is needed. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to addressing everyday mental health concerns without sacrificing the quality of care.
