Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor working from a Client-Centred core and utilising my Compassionate Inquiry training (Dr. Gabor Mate) in much of my work because I have seen its success. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) in the United Kingdom with several years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression and coping with life changes. I am also trained in working with neurodivergent clients too.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life and journey and that you have what it takes to overcome the things that challenge you, keep you stuck or hold you back. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take lots of courage and you should be proud of yourself for getting started!

Linda Ward is a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor who bases her practice on a client-centred approach and incorporates Compassionate Inquiry training (Dr. Gabor Mate) into much of her work because she has seen its positive impact.
She is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) in the United Kingdom and brings three years of professional experience to her therapeutic practice.
Linda has supported people with anxiety, stress, trauma and abuse, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence concerns, depression, and difficulties coping with life changes. She is also trained to work with neurodivergent clients.
She works from the belief that each person is the expert in their own life and has the capacity to move through the challenges that keep them stuck. Taking the first step to begin therapy can require courage, and Linda acknowledges and respects that decision to get started.
Many people wonder whether therapy delivered remotely can truly help. For a wide range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that suits them best and fits into their daily life – options include video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to maintain continuity of care when schedules are busy or travel is difficult.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists. If someone feels they need a different match, they can change therapists at any time to find a better fit for their needs.
