Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been practising person-centred counselling since 2007 working predominantly with children, young people, and families. Through continued CPD I have developed a wide range of skills that enable me to support children both in a school and private setting. I also work with adults as a person-centred counsellor and have extensive knowledge of bereavement counselling.
I provide confidential support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, family separation, attachment concerns, parenting struggles, and self-harm.
In my work, I use Carl Rogers’ person-centred model and I also incorporate experiential play therapy when working with children. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their code of practice. I complete regular safeguarding training and attend monthly supervision sessions.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or dealing with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. You can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most convenient, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if you feel a different fit would be better you can switch therapists at any time.
