Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has over 8 years of clinical experience providing counseling to children, adults, families, and couples. I use a systemic approach to therapy and take all the working systems involved in a client’s life into consideration when conducting therapy sessions. Everyone is impacted by the different moving pieces of their life daily, and I believe that it is crucial to learn how systems such as friendships/relationships, work, school etc. impact our behaviors and mental health. This style of therapy is very solution-focused, and clients will be given tools to use in everyday life to change their thought process and learn to better manage their emotions to create the positive change that they want to see.
I am also a certified PREPARE/Enrich assessment facilitator for couples that are seeking the opportunity to use a relationship skill-building process to shape and customize their sessions. With this approach, I can help teach couples to maintain and maximize the strengths in their relationship while also working to improve their areas of growth. By focusing more on highlighting the strengths in a relationship, couples can spend less time focusing on their areas of “weakness” and will learn valuable communication skills to facilitate growth and focus on the positive.
I pride myself on collaborating with the individuals that I work with to provide the best possible outcomes once sessions are completed. What works for one client may not work for another. It is important that each person I work with feel heard and validated and that they are receiving the support they need to be successful.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best suits them, whether by video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different therapeutic fit would be better, it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy offers accessible, adaptable support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
