Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a dedicated clinical social worker, I specialize in providing empathetic and personalized care to those facing various challenges such as stress and anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, suicidal ideation, life changes, and amongst many more.
I bring a diverse range of experience and expertise to my practice, grounded in a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer evidence-based trauma therapy to help individuals process and heal from past experiences that may be impacting their present lives.
In addition to my work as an EMDR therapist, I am also a certified drug and alcohol counselor with a harm-reduction approach. Recognizing the complexities of addiction and substance use, I provide compassionate support and practical strategies to help clients reduce harm and make positive changes in their lives.
My clinical toolkit also includes behavioral therapy techniques for anxiety-related disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic practices and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). By addressing thought patterns, behaviors, and physiological responses, I assist clients in managing symptoms and reclaiming a sense of control over their lives.
Furthermore, my expertise extends to the realm of attachment and relationships, including both monogamous and open relationships. Through a combination of attachment theory and relational therapy approaches, I support individuals in navigating the complexities of intimate connections and fostering healthy, fulfilling relationships.
For clients struggling with trauma-related symptoms, I also offer Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), a structured and evidence-based approach to addressing traumatic memories and reducing distressing symptoms and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). By gradually approaching and processing traumatic experiences, clients can experience relief and reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment.
In all of my work, I prioritize a client-centered and feedback-informed approach to treatment. I believe in the importance of attending to individual needs, preferences, and strengths, and I regularly seek feedback from clients to ensure that our work together is collaborative, effective, and empowering.
My goal as a clinical social worker is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, I empower clients to heal, grow, and thrive on their unique journey towards mental health and well-being.
As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health. I regularly participate in trainings, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to expand my knowledge and enhance my clinical skills.
Above all, I am deeply honored to accompany individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. It is my privilege to be a part of each client’s story and to provide compassionate, client-centered care that honors their unique strengths and experiences.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions – remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience show that online sessions work well for a wide range of issues and can produce meaningful improvement for most people.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit sessions into busy schedules and maintain continuity of care when life is unpredictable.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients can change therapists if they seek a different fit. The variety of communication options and the ability to switch providers make remote therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
